Single use vouchers or discount codes that has been used multiple times by the same user or same household will be classed as fraudulent and considered invalid. PawsonPets reserves the rights to decline service to any fraudulent parties that may attempt this.
Further actions may be taken against any offending party in forms of seeking restitution by legal means.
Vouchers or discount codes that is brand related, is only valid when purchasing the particular brand. (e.g. Zeal $10 vouchers or 10% discount codes) if purchases contain products from the particular brand then only would these vouchers or code be valid. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
Your account password must be created by you and it should be unique and well-secured.
You are in every way responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the information you provided when registering for an account, including and without limitation of the password.
You agree to only limiting the access of your account to you, taking all measures to guarantee the confidentiality of the account password used for the Services.
Granted that the account can only be accessed by user, it is agreed that you will be responsible for any activities that may occur under that account. If you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your account, or known security breach such as uncovered password or theft of account information, you should notify us immediately.
You agree to reveal all information provided to all staff, agents, representatives of PawsonPets, Service provides and contractors, including home delivery personnel, and consents to PawsonPets use the information provided for the purposes of your use of the Services.
When you register for an account with us, you are asked to consent to receive e-mails marketing communications. If you give such consent, you may opt out (unsubscribe) at a later timing by clicking a link provided in any marketing e-mail.
You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has been confirmed, there will be a reference number to track your order. We will contact you with the contact number you have provided if we cannot process your order.
We will also contact you if a product is Out of Stock, to inform you about the expected waiting time if you wish for the exact product. However, we will also be glad to make alternative recommendations if you do not wish to wait for the “Out of Stock” product.
